Fantasia + Lamashtu present Nuit Blanche: CONCEPT DU LABYRINTHE

A mix of short films, documentary and other images both banned and abandoned, CONCEPT DU LABYRINTHE promises to be a audio-visual experience out of the ordinary.

FANTASIA Partners with THE MISKATONIC INSTITUTE OF HORROR STUDIES with Exclusive Scholarship!

The Miskatonic Institute of Horror Studies is an organization that offers a variety of theory and production-based workshops for youth aged 14-29. Sometimes the youth who would get the most out of these courses are deterred by the professional registration fees. This is where Fantasia has stepped in to help! Fantasia offers five scholarships per school year (October-May) to would-be participants who are unable to cover the costs of yearly registration.

Fantasia congratulates Adrien Morot on his Oscar Nomination!

Local FX / makeup artist Adrien Morot has worked on many films that have graced Fantasia screens over the years, including Maurice Deveraux’ Lady of the Lake (1998) and Slashers (2001), Érik Canuel’s Bon Cop, Bad Cop (2006) and many more, as well as participating in a round table discussion at our 2010 edition about Special FX in Quebec-made films. Fellow local FX artist and Dread Central scribe Andy Mauro joins us in offering congratulatory words to Adrien on his recent Oscar nomination.
