A RAGING SUCCESS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR FANTASIA’S SWEET 16th EDITION + FINAL PRIZES ANNOUNCED

The 16th edition of the Fantasia International Film Festival has just come to an end, and our team is celebrating the resounding success of this year’s edition. With over 109,000 spectators and industry attendees, this year saw record crowds flock to the event—up 7,000 people over last year.

Tribute to Chris Marker

Fantasia will be paying tribute to Chris Marker,one of the most influential filmmakers of all time,who passed away on July 30 of this year. Tomorrow at 4:30,right before the CARRE BLANC screening,we will present LA JETÉE,hosted by David Bordwell,in memory of this unique and remarkable filmmaker.
