Fantasia + Lamashtu present Nuit Blanche: CONCEPT DU LABYRINTHE

Sunday February 27 · 4:00am – 7:00am
1564 Saint-Denis
Montreal, QC

Within the framework of this year’s Nuit Blanche, Fantasia and Lamashtu team up to storm the buildings of the ONF with CONCEPT DU LABYRINTHE, a program of films that are experimental in both structure and content. A mix of short films, documentary and other images both banned and abandoned, CONCEPT DU LABYRINTHE promises to be a audio-visual experience out of the ordinary.

You are on the point of penetrating the labyrinth. In a few moments, you will survey infinite corridors leading to places where strange spectacles are held. Among these are the lascivious dances of the mutants of Firas Momani’s The Adder’s Bite (winner of the jury prize for best short film at Fantasia 2010), the transcendantal and hypnotic Energie! from Gaspar Noé collaborator Thorsten Fleisch, as well as the world premiere of Serge de Cotret’s sulfurous Noctis Obscurus de Anima. The doors of the labyrinth are open, will you dare to enter there?

After your escapades through Montreal, we invite you to wrap up your Nuit Blanche with this exploration of a place most strange.
